Your Essential Guide to Arca South

ARCA South transforms a portion of the former FTI into a 74 hectare integrated mixed-use development that includes prominent residential blocks right next to a bustling office and commercial area.

The development is seven kilometers from Makati, less than five kilometers from NAIA, and five kilometers from Bonifacio Global City. It will also be accessible from Skyway via an exit ramp. ARCA South is connected to pivotal destinations in the south with the government’s major infrastructure development, where thousands of public transport from Laguna, Batangas, Quezon, and Bicol bring 200,000 mobile commuters via the Skyway and C5/C6 access ramps.
